    What does do? is an app that helps you find customers on social media. It’s a search engine that looks for public posts by keyword(s), hashtags, and usernames. You can use a combination of keywords, hashtags, and usernames in your search at one time.

    You can save your search into a single social media feed called a “Topic Channel”. Topic Channels refresh automatically so all you have to do is check your Topic Channel just like you do with social media today.

    Customers use to search for people and posts that they would never have found before. An average search on Twitter returns over 100,000 posts – something that no one has time to look through manually!

    We only search publicly available data and adhere strictly to the privacy rules of the platforms we support.

    We do not search your private social media profile feed to ensure we do not return content from private accounts or content not marked as public.

    In the case of Facebook groups, we will return the URL of the post relevant to your search but will not show the actual post content in your Topic Channel. You will need to click the link to open the post directly in Facebook. This is in accordance with Facebook’s rules regarding group content.

  • What else can I do with

    You can engage directly with your posts right in – like, comment, share – without leaving the app. Or you can simply click on the post and be redirected to that specific post natively in your Twitter, Instagram app to engage.
